Platte River Fort was a perfect location for our retreat. What a gorgeous and comfortable place plus lots of areas for us to come together as a team–the dining area, break out rooms, the fire pits, the balconies, the kitchen…. Thanks so much again for hosting us!
My daughter was married here in Oct 2015. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Erin and Dori were beyond helpful and welcoming through the whole process. They offer so many different options that you just can’t find in NOCO. Worth every penny spent. Also having the option to stay the night there after a long day was such a bonus. Their rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Such a hidden gem in our area. I can’t say enough good things about this venue. I highly recommend it for any event. Such a fun place to be!
This a great venue for meetings. We had 12 people from all over the Western U.S. come in for a two and a half day regional meeting. The business side of the meeting was a smooth as a hotel in downtown Denver. The sleeping rooms are perfect for such a meeting. We even had a mini-Olympics (team building). We shot trap, had a little bow and arrow competition, horseshoes and even a roping contest. The city boys loved it. And at night, sitting around the outdoor fire was great for some additional team bonding. We used local caterers and they made us feel like we were at a very nice restaurant. Every one of the attendees told me on the last day, “BEST MEETING EVER.” I would recommend to anyone who has to have a meeting anywhere in the front range to think outside the box and give the Platte River Fort serious consideration!
