Our premium suites are located on the first and second floors of our resort. They feature private bathrooms and either a king bed or two queen beds, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Suite guests will also have full access to the inside of the main fort where there is a large dining room, two lounge areas with comfy leather furniture, and TV’s.
Courtyard Bedrooms
Platte River Fort has five additional bedrooms, each with windows that open up to the interior courtyard. Our courtyard bedrooms sleep between two and four guests, depending on the room, and have access to shared bathrooms down the hall. Tastefully decorated in rustic, Western decor, they’re perfect for a rocky Mountain-themed getaway or family vacation.
Camping
Prefer to be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature? Our RV and tent camping sites are perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and tranquility without having to drive hours to get there. Our RV sites feature picnic tables and fire rings; tent sites have shared access. Please note that there is no electricity, water, or sewer hookups and only portable restrooms are available (seasonally).
