I would like to invite you to invest in yourself through this powerful weekend experience of personal growth, transformation, and sustainable results.  My team and I will take a holistic approach to your personal wellness that will address mind, body, and spirit.

I use a proven methodology to help equestrians, of all disciplines, develop techniques for optimizing performance through visualization, goal setting, overcoming negative self-talk, and really tap into their potential.  Certified Massage Therapist, Jill Ramsey, will share functional uses for essential oils to support the physical and mental wellness of you and your horse.

Katie Hollingsworth, is a BIG idea generator that loves to help others discover their AWESOME! She has owned a marketing and business development firm for over 11 years as well as being a certified professional coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. Katie specializes in helping goal driven people shift their mindset to help them to go from good to great!

Katie’s coaching practice is called KRAVE Coaching & Consulting and she serves athletes seeking mindset coaching, private individuals, small business owners, executives, and non-profits. She also facilitates a number of women’s retreats for her private clients, corporate training events, and provides keynote speaking as well.
