Dear Platte River Fort friends and family,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that we are retiring and will be closing our doors to the public upon conclusion of scheduled events in 2024.

It has been an honor and a privilege to be able to share this amazing property with so many of you while hosting weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, memorials, Quinceañeras, proms, class reunions, fund-raisers, church retreats, parties, campers, glampers, Hank’s Bar and Grill guests and so much more!
The gift of Platte River Fort was to bring people together in celebration of life, love and friendship. It was such a gift to us that you allowed us to be a part of your special celebrations.
We could not have done this without our incredible staff- both past and present! Thank you to each and every one of you for your commitment, time and passion, and for working so hard to make our vision a reality. I will forever cherish the memories of working with you.

A big thank you to our preferred vendors. Your hard-work and passion for your craft always enhanced our client’s experiences.

Thank you to the Town of Kersey. It has been such a pleasure to work with the Town of Kersey staff, board of trustees, and mayor and we appreciate the support you’ve given us every step of the way. We look forward to our continued work together.
Last, but not least, thank you to our families for their steadfast love and support.

“Retirement is not the end of the road. It is the beginning of the open highway.” Unknown
We wish you all the best!
